BodyTel specialises in telemedical monitoring and management systems for chronic diseases. We combine knowledge of telecommunications, internet and medical technology to create innovative products and services for the changing needs of the global healthcare systems. BodyTel provides a complete technical infrastructure which comprises specifically designed diagnostic devices which are able to communicate real-time body measurements via Bluetooth to a specifically developed Java software that runs on the patient’s mobile phone. Values are then transferred via Mobile Internet again in real-time to a Server. BodyTel has the potential with its product system to increase compliance of chronic disease patients.
